24/7 Scheduling!
If you are an existing or past patient of a CORE Health Centers location, you now have access to 24/7 scheduling! Never again will you need to worry about scheduling or rescheduling appointments!
Just follow these simple instructions and you will be scheduling in NO TIME.
Step 1
Use the dropdown menu to chose
your CORE Health Centers location.
Step 2
To download the scheduling app on your phone, scan the QR code with your phones camera. (if you prefer to schedule on your computer, just click on the schedule now link located under the QR Code that you scanned in the drop down menu above.)

This will take you to the app store where you will download the scheduling app to your phone.

Step 4
Once the scheduling app is downloaded on your phone, open it. The first thing you will be asked is for the Clinic ID. (This is located under the QR Code that you scanned in the drop down above.)
Enter the Clinic ID in and press continue.
Your CORE clinic information should appear. If the correct location shows, then press continue. If the wrong location information is presented, then give us a call at: 606-615-5150.

Once the scheduling app is downloaded on your phone, open it. The first thing you will be asked is for the Clinic ID. (This is located under the QR Code that you scanned in the drop down above.)
Enter the Clinic ID in and press continue.
Your CORE clinic information should appear. If the correct location shows, then press continue. If the wrong location information is presented, then give us a call at: 606-615-5150.

Register your account by entering your account information and creating your scheduling app password.

Once this is complete, click the “Request Access Token” Button. You will receive and email and a text with a 6-digit numerical code.
Step 6
Enter the 6-digit numerical code and click continue.
After clicking the continue button, you will receive two questions and then the terms and conditions. Answer the first two questions as you wish, however you will need to “Agree” with the terms and conditions to continue.

Step 7
Now it’s time to schedule your appointment. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you will see if you currently have any appointments scheduled. If you want to schedule, you will click the “Schedule and Appointment” button.

Make sure the appointment type is set to “Chiropractic Tx” and then click click on “Select Date and Time”

Next, you will be given the available dates and time that are available for your next appointment. Find one that works for you and simple click the date and the time slot and then next.

Once you have chosen a date and time and you are sure it works, simply click on the “Schedule This Appointment” button at the bottom.
Lastly, you will see the confirmed date and time for next appointment

All Set!
You will need to do nothing further at this time. You will get an email and text confirmation of your scheduled appointment.
